This is so cute! My boyfriend and I also cosplay Snow and Serah and we had the hardest time turning his stubble blonde! How did you and Mr. Tom do it? If you don't mind sharing.

Ah Tom bleached his facial hair! You can use facial bleaching kits ^^ Just be careful and don't burn the skin! XD I hope that helped! ^^

Mm! Yes! Definitely! If you bleach your eyebrows, be very careful! (I know this is obvious but XD) Another method to lightening eyebrows can be glue and paint, if you know that method. If not, it's just applying washable glue to the eyebrow hair and then waiting for it to dry, then painting over the glue with acrylic paint to match the color you want. ^^
