Construction Notes:
The outfit is all patterned by me. The vest I based off of another vest (one my grandmother made actually XD) and then changed it to a 6 panel vest instead of 3 panel. XD It is fully lined. The tails are added to the bottom. The vest is lined with mint and the tails are lined with magenta. All cotton.
The collar is fully interfaced. The tie has small details painted on. The cuffs are also interfaced and have bias trim and buttons.
The pants are a bit big and need to be fixed ><! I made the ladybug watch out of air dry clay and painted it with acrylics, sealed it with modge podge, attached it to gold chain.
The elastic has small chiffon bows on the ends and attaches to the thigh highs. The thigh highs were tights that I cut, and then painted the polka dots onto. The white is satin that was pinked.
The giant bow on the wig was sewn in to keep it's shape, as well as the headband.
The top hat is chipboard covered with fabric cut on the bias (for stretch...the little I know about millinery I applied here XD). The rest of the details were glued on, given to me by my lovely roomie XD
I also made my orange little buddy out of left over fabric XD
oh the tails have little musical notes sewn on. And the shoes are my lolita shoes. Her actual shoes are RIDICULOUS and that wasn't happening so yeah XD
I got to make a top hat HAPPEE TEARS ERRYWHAR
